At MaiHaven Flowers, I grow everything with care and offer a few flexible options to suit your style, budget, and desired level of involvement. Whether you would love to create your own bouquets at home, or enjoy a relaxed hands-on session in the studio, there is something here for you.

Scroll down for more information and guide costs. Every wedding is unique and once you get in touch I can give you a final estimate, but here is a general guide to help you plan. Remember, these prices are a guide and may vary depending on your specific requirements.
Pick Your Own, or Picked For You & Make at Home
Come and pick your own flowers in a private session 2-3 days before your wedding, then take them home to create your own bouquets and arrangements. Bring up to 6 loved ones with you.
Jo will be on hand during your picking session to offer advice on stem choice, quantities, and conditioning your flowers to get the best out of them.

✔ Priced per bucket
✔ Both Pick Your Own or Picked For You options available
Prices are based on the number of buckets you choose (see pricing below). Private Pick Your Own (PYO) or Picked For You (PFY) collections are organised 2–3 days before your wedding.
Pick your blooms two days ahead and leave them with me for conditioning, or I can pick the best of the blooms for you. Then return the day before your wedding to create your wedding flowers in my peaceful studio space with my guidance. Come on your own or bring up to 6 loved ones. It is a calm, creative way to spend time together ahead of the big day.
Includes:
✔ Private picking session (2 days before)
✔ A guided hands-on workshop the day before your wedding
✔ Use of tools and floristry materials
✔ Light refreshments provided
✔ Option to add professionally made pieces as well
You pay for your flowers per bucket as below and for time in the studio with me. Studio time is £110 for 2.5 hours and £40 for each additional hour. You are not charged per item we create. We will estimate how many buckets you may need and how long we may need in the studio. Any flowers not used in your floristry items are yours to take home.
Pick Your Own, or Picked For You & Create Here Together (Studio Session)
Pick Your Own & Leave With Me to Make For You
Enjoy the picking experience and select your favourite blooms two days before your wedding. Leave them with me to be conditioned overnight, and I will use the flowers you picked to create your bridal bouquets, buttonholes, and/or other arrangements as required. These can then be collected or delivered the morning of your wedding.
Includes:
✔ Private picking session (2-3 days before)
✔ Floristry services tailored to your needs
✔ Option to mix and match – I can create some pieces while you take other flowers home to arrange yourself
✔ Bring up to 6 people with you to your private picking session
You pay for your flowers per bucket as shown below, and for my time in creating your items at £50 per hour, estimated depending on your requirements. This includes all sundries and ribbon. Any flowers not used in your floristry items are yours to keep.
Picked For You & Made For You
(traditional wedding floristry)
Prefer to leave it all in professional hands? I will pick the very best of what’s blooming and create your wedding flowers with care. This option is perfect if you love the idea of local, seasonal flowers but want the ease and reassurance of a traditional florist service. You pay for the items your require. ✔ Flowers picked and conditioned by me
✔ Floristry services tailored to your wedding needs
✔ Personal consultation to discuss colours, style, and key pieces
✔ Collection or local delivery on the morning of your wedding
A note on our PYO buckets
We estimate 40-60 stems per bucket. We do not count per stem. Some buckets will have more, others have less and this will often depend on the size of the blooms as we do not want to squash them in the buckets and damage them.
We can lend buckets for anyone taking flowers home to arrange, and ask that these are returned within a week.

My Flower Sourcing Promise
When I create flowers for weddings, I always use as many of my own homegrown blooms and foliage as possible. That is what makes MaiHaven flowers so special. But nature does not always stick to the plan, so I follow a simple cascade system to fill any gaps if needed.

First, I use flowers and foliage grown here on my farm.

If something is not available, I buy from other trusted local growers.

If local supplies are limited, I look to other British flower farms.

And only if absolutely necessary, I’ll source from reputable wholesalers who may import from further afield.
This means you will always have the freshest, most beautiful flowers possible, grown as locally as I can manage, and chosen with care to suit your colours and style. I will always discuss where your flowers are coming from with you, if they are not grown here.
We know how important your wedding flowers are, and seeing them in person can help you plan with confidence. We offer an initial 45-minute visit free of charge, so we can walk you through our flower paddocks, and you can get a feel for what’s in bloom, what we have growing and start imagining your arrangements.
Additional visits are available by appointment, if you would like to visit again before your wedding day, extra planning time is available at £30 per 45 minutes.
This is ideal for couples who want a second look at the flowers as their wedding date gets closer or for those who are still making final decisions.
